Meat Lollipop

 Recipe
 Ingredients Beef-1/2cup

Marination
 Shallots crushed-3
 Garlic and ginger crushed-1tsp
 Green chilly-1 crushed
 Curry leaves
 Turmeric powder-a pinch
 Chilly powder-1/4tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
 Garam masala-1/4tsp
 Pepper-1/2tsp
 Vinegar or lime juice'-1/2tsp
 Coconut oil- a drop
 Salt as needed

 Lollipops
 Finely chopped onion-2tbsp
 Cilantro chopped-1tbsp
 Bread crumbs-3tbsp
Salt -a pinch

Coating
 All purpose flour-3tbsps mixed with water to make a medium thick batter
 Bread crumbs-1/3cup mixed with a dash of pepper and fennel powder

 Method

 Marinate the beef with the ingredients given under marination foe 1 hour.Pressure cook the marinated beef after one hour tilld done. Once the pressure releases take out the cookes beef and grind.Add chopped onion,cilantro,bread crumbs and a pincj of salt and mix well. Now make lemon sized ball out of this mixture.Coat them in flour batter and then in bread crumbs.Fry them in oil flipping sides till golden brown.I fried them in my unniyappa chatty.Your yummiest Meat Lollipops are ready😋Serve with sauce. Note:You can even grind the leftover cooked beef also and make them.
