Ingredients
Milk layer
Milk powder-1cup
Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
Milk-3tbsp
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Ghee-1tbsp
Chocolate layer
Milk powder-1cup
Powdered sugar-1/2cup
Milk-3.5tbsp
Cocoa powder-1.5tbsp
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Ghee-1tbsp
Garnish
Crushed pistachio
Method
Grease a plate or pan with ghee. Milk layer Heat ghee in pan add milk powder and milk and mix well.Add powdered sugar and keep mixing.It should be done on low flame.In 7 to 8 minutes it will slowly become a mass leaving pan.Add cardamom and mix and transfer to the greased pan and press and flatten in 1 inch thickness. Chocolate layer In the same pan heat ghee add milk powder and milk and mix.Add powdered sugar cocoa powder and cardamom powder and keep stirring on low flame.In 7 to 8 minutes it will become a thick mass leaving pan. Transfer this layer on top of milk layer flatten and press to 1 inch thickness. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and press. Let it cool and set.Make cuts while warm. Once cooled and set cut once more on the previous cuts and take out and enjoy your most delicious two layered chocolate burfis😋 It stays upto 3 or 4 days in room temperature in a clean airtight container.Refrigerate later.
