Perfect Restaurant Style Dragon Chicken
Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken strips-1/2cup
Marination
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Corn flour-3tsp
Beaten egg-1/2 of egg
Honey-1tsp
Vinegar-1tsp
Required salt
Mix
Chopped garlic-1tsp
Sliced onion-half of a big onion
Sliced capsicum-3tbsps
Tomato sauce-1tbsp
Soya sauce-1tbsp
Dry red chilli and garlic paste-1 tsp(soak 4 dry red chilli plus 2 garlic pod and grind)
Vinegar-a drop
Sugar-a pinch
Halved cashew-1tbsp
Garnish
Chopped spring onion-1 tbsp
White sesame seed
Method
Marination
Marinate chicken strips with ingredients given under marination.Keep for 30 minutes covered.
Mix
After 30 minutes heat oil in pan and fry marinated chicken strips flipping sides till golden brown.Keep aside.In the same oil saute garlic..add onion saute.add capsicum saute.add sauces and dry red chilli and garlic paste and saute.Add halved cashews saute.Add fried chicken strips.combine well.add vinegar sugar and required salt and mix well for 2 minutes.All to be done on low flame. Our delicious restaurant style dragon chicken is ready.Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
