Garlic Bread

Ingredients
Maida-2 cups
Yeast-2tsp
Warm water-3/4 cup
Sugar-2tsp
Veg oil-2tbsp

Filling
Butter-4tbsp
Garlic-5 pods crushed
Oregano-1/2tsp (u may use parsley or dill any herb f ur choice)
Salt-1/2tsp
Method
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and keep for proofing.Mix flour and oil well.To it add the frothed yeast water little by little and knead and form a smooth dough.Keep in warm place covered in wet towel for raising for two hours.After two hours punch out air from raised dough and knead well..Form a log shape and make 4 diagonal slits and keep in greased loaf pan for proofing dor an hour in warm place.After an hour brush the top with milk and bake in preheated oven for 20mins at 180c.Keep for cooling meanwhile mix butter crushed garlic oregano and salt.Make a slit at the middle of the cooled bread and apply the filling between all slits.Wrap in aluminium foil and bake again in preheated oven for 15mins at 200c.
