Eggless Butterless Tres Leches cake

Ingredients
Maida-1 1/2 cup
Yoghurt-1cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Baking powder-1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Veg oil-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 1/2 tsp
Soaking
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Evaporated milk-1/2 cup
Fresh cream-1/2 cup
Icing
Whipping cream-1 cup
Icing sugar-1 tbsp
Method
Beat curd and sugar well till it dissolves well in curd.
Add bsking soda and baking powder and mix well and keep for five mins and you will see it bubbling and raised a little.Preheat oven for ten mins on 200c.
Add oil and essence to the curd mixture and mix well.Add flour in three batches by folding in.
Pour the batter to a greased pan and reduce the pregeated oven temperature to 180 abd bake for 35mins.
When the toothpick comes clean when inserted after 35mins cake is ready.Keep in rack for cooling.
Mix condensed milk evaporated milk and fresh cream and make around 300 holes on top of cooled cake with toothpik or fork and pour the mixture on cake.
Keep it covered with cling wrap on top in refrigerator for four hours.
Cake will absorb the milks and be moist and soft.Slowly remove from pan and start icing with whipped cream and sugar beaten well till stiff peaks formed.
