Tawa Garlic Naan&Methi Murgh

Ingredients
Garlic Naan
Maida-2 cup
Wheat flour-1cup
Yeast-2tsp
Warm milk-1/2 cup
Yoghurt-1tbsp
Sugar-2tsp
Veg oil-2tbsp
Garlic-6 pod crushed
Coriander leaves-1/2 cup (optional)
salt as reqd
butter-1/4 cup melted to brush
Methi murgh
Cleaned boneless chicken pieces-500gms
Onion-1big sliced
Ginger garlic paste-1tbsp
Tomato-2 pureed
Shahi jeera/black cumin-1tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-4tbsp
Chilli powder-2tbsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Fresh Methi leaves-3/4 cup
Yoghurt-2tbsp whisked
Curry leaves-1tsp
salt as reqd
Method
Tawa Garlic naan
Proof yeast with sugar in warm milk.To flours make a well in the middle add salt ,curd,oil and pour the frothed yeast also and mix it first and start kneading the dough adding water little by little.When the dough is sticky add 1tbsp oil and knead well to a smooth dough.Grease the vessel with oil and keep the dough under wet towel dor four hours ro ferme t.
Meanwhile prepare methi murgh...
Heat oil in pan add shahi jeera saute add onion and curry leaves and cook till slightly golden add ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes away.Add chicken pieces cumin powder turmeric coriander powder chilli powder and suffucient water and bring to a boil add pureed tomatoes and cook till oil seperates on top..Add whisked yoghurt and mix slowly and add chopped methi leaves mix without breaking chicken pieces.Cook for five more minutes.Add garam masala and mix and switch off flame after five minutes.
After four hours take the fermented dough punch out and knead a little more.Make eight balls.Heat tawa roll the balls to your desired shape using oil to avoid sticking.Sprinkle criahed garlic and coriander leaves and roll on top.Apply little water underneath the rolled dough and place on tawa.Once it starts bubbling up on top take feom tawa and invert and cook on flame using tongs...or similar thing.Take out apply butter.Likewise make naans with other dough balls.
