Wheat cashew biscuits

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Rice flour-4tbsp
Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
Butter-1/2 cup
Egg white-1
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Milk-2tbsp
Cashew roasted in olive oil and crushed-1/3cup
salt-as per your taste
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Method
Mix flours salt baking powder baking soda and roasted crushed cashew.
Melt butter and beat in powdered sugar.Then beat in egg white and vanilla essence.Add this mixture to flour mixture and add milk and make a dough lile chapati dough and refrigerate covered wuth cling wrap for two hours.
After two hours take the dough divide them to three portions and keeping parchment paper on top and bottom roll out each dough portion like chapathi and cut rounds with cookie cutter or lid.Make marks with fork or knife.Likewise make rounds with each portion.Bake them in preheated oven at 180c for 15mins.Your yummy whear cashew bicuits are ready.😊
