Chocolate ganache cake

Ingredients
Maida-1cup
Sugar-2/3 cup
Cocoa powder-1/3 cup unsweetened
Instant coffee powder-1tbsp
Baking soda-1 tsp
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Veg oil-1/3 cup
Hot water-1/3cup
Eggs1
Vanilla essence-3/4tsp
Salt a pinch
Ganache and icing
Chocochips-1cup
Heavy cream-1 1/3 cup
Butter-1stick
icing sugar-1 cup
cocoa powder-1 1/2tsp
vanilla essence-1/2tsp
milk-2tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.Combine and seive flour cocoa powder salt baking soda baking powder and mix sugar to it.Beat egg milk oil and essence together well.Dissolve coffee powder to hot water and keep.Mix the beaten mixture to flour mixture well..do not overbeat..add in the coffee mixture and mix.Pour into greased cake pan and bake for 40mins or until tooth pick comes clean.Cool the cake on rack
.Meanwhile boil heavy cram.and pour into chocochips and stir well to make a smooth ganache.Now for buttercream beat butter icing sugar cocoa powder essence and milk well to form a smooth icing.
Once cake is cooled..cut the raised top to make it flat and cut cake in middle to two halves for layering.Start layering by keeping on your cake tray.You will have to take first cut piece apply buttercream..keep next layer and then keeping the cake in rack itself (keep a pan underneath) start pouring the semi cooled ganache on cake starting from middle.Once completely covered keeo the cake for an hour or so to set.Then pipe your desired designs within butercream,chocolate shavings.your yummy chocolate ganache cake is ready.
You can keep in room temperature and serve.
