Eggless Alcohol free wheat plum cake

Ingredients
For soaking in orange juice overnite or 6 hours
Raisins
Cherry
Tuttifrutti
Orange zest
Crushed cashews&almonds
Wheat flour-1 1/2cup
Brown sugar(firmly packed)-1cup
Buttermilk-1/2cup
Veg oil-1/2cup
Vinegar-1tbsp
Cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Clove powdered-1/2tsp
Ginger powdered-1/2tsp
Nutmeg powdered-1/2tsp
Cardamom-1/2 tsp powdered
Baing soda-1/2tsp
Baking powder-11/2tsp
Mixed fruit jam-1tbsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
For caramelisation
Sugar-8tbsp+1tsp water
Water-8tbsp
Method
First prepare caramel using 8tbsp sugar plus 1tsp water and add rest of water and bring to boil..tc not to burn your hands...nd keep for cooling..
Preheat oven to 180c for 15mins and seive together flour baking soda baking powder spice powders and keep ready.Add brown sugar to dry mixture and mix well.
.to the cooled caramel syrup add essence vinegar and oil.mix well..pour them to the seived dry ingredients and pour buttermilk and fold them in..add jam and soaked fruits and half of nuts and fold in.Garnish rest of the nuts on top after transfering to pan.
Pour the batter to a round greased cake pan and keep the batter immediately for baking in preheated oven for 45mins...
After 45mins check by inserting toothpick..if it comes clean your yummy plumcake is ready..😊and you cant stop with one piece...😀
