Instant Rava Idly

Ingredients
Rava/suji-1 cup
Yoghurt-1/2 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Carrot grated-1/4 cup
Chana dal-1 tbsp(optional)
Baking soda-1/4tsp
cashews (optional)
salt to taste
Method
Heat one tbsp oil and saute onion and grated carrot for five to seven mins add chana dal and saute.Add rava to it and roast it for five minutes.Then let it cool down a bit then add the yoghurt and water to it and baking soda and requires salt and mix it.Batter ahould be of idly batter consistency.
Grease idly moulds with oil and keep a cashew on eqch mould and pour batter in mould and cook for ten mins.
Your yummy soft rava idly is ready😊
