Sharkara Varatti/Uperi/Jaggery coated banana chips

Recipe
Raw banana-1/2 kgs
Jaggery-1/2 kgs
Cumin powder-2tsp
Ginger powder-2tsp
Powdered sugar-2tbsp
Water-enough to soak the jaggery cubes while melting
Method
Peel and cut the raw banana to pieces and soak in water with turmeric powder for 30mins.After 30 minutes heat oil in pan and fry the drained banana pieces till crisp.Meanwhile in water enough to cover the jaggery pieces start melting by heating.Let it reach one string consistency then add the fried banana pieces and stir well adding cumin powder and ginger powder.Switch off flame add powdered sugar and mix.It will become dry.
After it cools down store in airtight container in room temperature and have them😊Tum..
