Tutti frutti Bread

Recipe
Maida-1 1/2 cup
Yeast-1tsp
Warm water-1/4 cup
Sugar-11/2tbsp
Butter-2tbsp
Tutti frutti-1/4 cup (i used homemade)
a pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk
Salt-a pinch

Method
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and keep aside for fermenting..to the flour add salt and butter tuttifrutti saffron soaked in warm milk and mix well..to this add the fermented frothy warm yeast water and form a smooth dough..and keep covered with wet towel in a warm place for raising..for around 1 1/2 hours..after that punch out the air knead well for ten minutes and transfer to a greased loaf pan and cover with wet towel and keep for raising again for one hour.after an hour bake it on 190c for 35mins..ur yummy soft tuttifrutti bread is ready😊
