Lemon&Coconut creamcheese wheat pillow bread(eggless)

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Yeast-1tsp(i used active dry yeast)
Honey-2tbsp
Warm milk-1/4 cup
Veg oil-1tbsp
Water required to knead dough
Salt a pinch
Filling
Cream cheese-1/4 cup
Dessicated coconut(i used homemade)-1/4cup
Sugar-4tbsp or as per your sweetness level
Lemon juice-1tsp
Lemon zest-1/2tsp
Method
Proof yeast in warm milk also adding honey by keeping it aside for ten minutes.

To the flour add salt oil and mix well.Add the frothy yeast mixture and mix and keep for five mins then add water little by little and start kneading count 150 folds and knead (i used to do this for cinnamon roll  and tried on this one trust me came out so soft)...plus the right texture.Keep the dough covered with wet towel or cling wrap in warm place to raise for two hours.If using instant takes 15 to 20 minutes.
After two hours punch out air from the dough and knead again for few minutes.
Prepare the filling by creaming creamcheese with sugar and lemonzest add in lemon juice and dessicated coconut too.
Now roll out the dough and cut into eight rectangle pieces.Keep a spoonful of filling in each and fold and shape like pillow and seal well.
Keep them aside for 30 minutes for proofing.
Do milkwash on top and bake them for 20 minutes at 190c (if your oven heats up fast reduce the temperature accordingly and bake..mine is a slow one so 190c is perfect.
