Tender Jackfruit stir fry/Idichakka thoran

Ingredients
Tender jackfruit/idichakka-1medium sized cut into cube
Salt as required
To grind
Cocinut grated-1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic pieces-1tsp
Green chilly-2
Cumin  powder-1/2tsp
Shallots- 10
Turmeric-1tsp
Seasoning
Onion.sliced -1
Mustard-2tsp
Dry red chillies-3
Curry leaves
Method
Cook the jackfruit cubes in.pressure cooker with salt turmeric and water for rwo whistles or cook in pan in water in low flame.
Drain excess water and blend in mixie to shred it.
Grind coconut ginger garlic shallots cumin powder and turmeric coarsely.Heat oil in pan slputter mustard saute onion dry red chillies and curry leaves add the ground coconut mixture and shredded jackfruit and mix well adding required salt.Stir and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and switch off flame.Pour a drop of coconut oil on top.
Serve with rice or porridge....
