Baked Aloo Tikki

Ingredients
Potato-2 boiled and skin peeled
Onion sliced-1
Ginger crushed-1/2tsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Chaat masala or amchur powder-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Salt as required
Bread -2 slices (I used my homemade multigrain bread..you can use 3tbsps of corn starch instead)
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Mash the boiled potatoes.Soak bread slices in water drain and take immediately add it to mashed potato..add turmeric chilly powder sliced onions ginger cumin powder chat masala and required salt and mix well and form a dough.
Now take medium sized balls and flatten with your palms after greasing your palms with oil.
Place them in greased and lined baking tray.
Brush oil or butter on top.
Bake for ten minutes on one side flip and bake for ten more minutes ie till golden brown.
Your baked delicious Aloo tikki is ready😋
Check your oven type and adjust baking time accordingly.
