Multigrain Bread

Ingredients
All purpose flour-11/2 cup
Multigrain flour-1/2cup
Yeast-1 1/2tsp(active dry yeast)
Warm water+milk-1/2 cup
Sugar-1tbsp
Butter-2tbsp
Salt-a pinch

Method
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water plus milk mixture along with sugar and keep aside for fermenting..for 10 minutes.To the flours add salt and butter and mix well..to this add the fermented frothy warm yeast water milk mixture and form a smooth dough if required add more water and keep covered with wet towel or cling wrap in a warm place for raising..for around 1 1/2 hours.to 2 hours depending on the climatoc condition.After that punch out the air knead well for ten minutes and shape the dough to a log and transfer to a greased loaf pan and cover with wet towel and keep for proofing again for 30 minutes or an hour as per the warmth of the place.Ater an hour bake it on 190c for 35mins
