Ingredients
Raw rice soaked for 4 hours-1 cup
Egg-1
Cooked rice-3tbsp
Water and salt as required
Oil for frying
Method
Grind the soaked rice along with egg cooked rice salt and water required to get a batter like dosa batter (not too thick nor watery).
Heat oil in a kadai and pour a laddle of batter into it.It puffs up..flip and cook well.Likewise make with rest of the batter.
Your delicious Mutta surka is ready..and it goes well with non veg or spicy veg curries.
