Wheat honey cupcake

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Honey-1/4cup
Butter-1/4 cup
Egg-1
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Baking powder-1 1/4tsp
Buttermilk-1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive the dry ingredients ie flour baking powder and salt and keep aside.
Cream butter honey and sugar then add egg and essence and beat till fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients to it in three batches alternating with buttermilk.Fold in well.
Pour the batter to lined cupcake tray.
Garnish with nuts or whatever you like.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Your yummy wheat honey cupcakes are ready.
