Cinnamon sugar soft wheat Pretzels

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
Yeast-1 1/2tsp
Honey-1tbsp
Firmly packed brown sugar-11/2tbsp
Butter-1tbsp
Warm water-3/4cup
Salt a pinch
Brushing on top
Melted butter-2tbsp
Cinnamon-1tsp
Granulated brown sugar-1/4cup
Method
Proof yeast in warm water along with honey and firmly packed brown sugar.To the flour add salt and butter mix well and add the proofed yeast mixture to the flour little by little and knead and form a smooth dough.Keep the dough in a greased vessel covered with wet towel or cling wrap in warm place for an hour to raise.
After an hour punch out air from the dough and divide the dough to 6 parts.
Now roll each dough from middle like a rope and lengthen it.Form a loop shape and bend and paste it as shown in the picture.
Keep them on lined greased tray and brush melted butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon brown sugar mix on top generously.
Keep this for another one hour for proofing.
After an hour preheat oven to 180c.
Bake the proofed ones for 15 to 20 minutes.
