Ingredients
Yoghurt tied up in a cloth overnight and whey removed or greek yoghurt-1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup or more according your sweetness
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Saffron strands soaked in little warm milk(optional)
Pistachios-handful crushed
Method
Tie up the yoghurt in a cloth and strain oit the whey overnight or take greek yoghurt.To the strained yoghurt add sugar cardamom saffron milk and beat well (I used manual whisk) till everything is well incorporated).
Now fold in few crushed pistachios and garnish rest in top.
Refrigerate atleast for an hour before serving.
Your delicious Sgrikhand is ready.You can play around with flavours either add mango puree..strawberry ...cherry puree...mint etc..for variety.
