Charolia/Rice powder net roti

Ingredients
Rice powder-1cup
Water
Salt as required
Method
Mix rice flour with required salt and water to get a runny batter.
Keep covered for an hour.
After an hour heat a wide pan pour few drops of oil wipe with a tissue and spread and take batter in your palm and start dropping to hot pan in circles...(if you have the classic charoli clay pot you can pour with that and make beautiful designs too...I didnt have it).
Let it cook and then slowly using a thin spatula lift up fold and shift to plate.
Likewise make the yum lovely charolia with rest of the batter.
Goes well with any spicy veg or non veg curries.
