Pappa roti Buns

Ingredients
Bun
All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Instant yeast-1tsp
Warm milk-1/2cup
Egg-1/2
Sugar-3tbsps
Butter-1tbsp
Salt a pinch
Filling
Butter-2tbsp
Sugar-1/4cup
Coffee powder (brewed)-1tsp in 2tbsp water
Cocoa powder-1/8tsp
All purpose flour-4tbsp
Egg-1/2
Butter cubes-6
Method
Bun
To warm milk add yeast sugar egg salt and mix and to this add flour and knead well..add butter to avoid stickiness and knead till smooth.
Keep the dough in warm place covered with cling wrap to raise for an hour.
After an hour take the raised dough out and punch out air and knead for 5 minutes divide the dough to 6 equal parts and make balls and keep on lined greased tray to raise for an hour.
Meanwhile prepare your filling.Beat butter and sugar add egg beat well add brewed coffee and beat.Add flour and cocoa powder and fold in.Keep aside.
After an hour take out the raised dough balls keep a butter block inside and cover and seal and shape buns.Likewise do with rest of the dough balls snd place on lined greased tray and keep in warm place to raise for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes preheat oven at 180c.
Take out the raised buns.Take the filling (actually filling is piped on top of buns in circles ) but I was out of time so just applied them on top of buns with a spoon.You may do as per your convenience.
Bake the buns for 15 to 18 minutes.
Your delicious soft Papparoti buns are ready to be digged in.
