Eggless wheat Bourbon Biscuits

Ingredients
Wheat flour-3/4 cup
Brown sugar firmly packed-1/2cup
Cocoa powder-11/2tbsp
Baking powder-1/3tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Honey-2tsp
Butter-100gms
Milk-2tbsp(if required)
Salt a pinch
Filling
Butter-50gms
Icing or powdered sugar-3/4cup
Cocoa powder-1tsp
Vanilla essence-a drop
Method
Mix flour with brown sugar cocoa powder baking powder salt honey essence and butter and knead to form a firm dough(add milk only if it doesnt bind I had to but some flour binds easily).
Now cover and wrap the dough with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Line a baking tray and preheat oven at 180c.
Now keeping the dough between cling wrap flatten it out to less than an inch thicknesd and cut out sides.Now cut rectangles in uniform and poke holes on top with toothpick.Likewise form rectangles with cut off dough also after shaping.Place them on tray.
Bake for 15 minutes(adjust timing according to the heat of your oven).
Meanwhile prepare filling by combining ingredients given under filling to form a smooth cream.
Once biscuits are done cool them on cooling rack and after completed cooled apply prepared filling and sandwich the biscuits.
