No bake Mango cranberry cheesecake

Ingredients
Biscuits/crackers powdered-1 cup
Butter-3tbsp
Heavy cream-1/2 cup
Creamcheese-2 tbsp
Mango pulp-from one small mango (I used alphonso)
Sugar-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence-a drop
Cranberry in sugar syrup (I made it sweet boiling with sugar and water and a drop of lemon juice)
Mango pieces to decorate
Method
Mix the powdered biscuits and butter together till it looks like sand.Flatten it out at bottom of the bowl you are going to set your cheesecake(I used a normal.bowl so lined with baking paper so that I can pull out the cake once frosted.
Pop it into freezer.Now beat creamcheese and mango pulp and keep aside.Beat heavy cream with sugar and essence till it form stifff peak.Add the creamcheese mango mixture and beat to mix.Take out the pan with our set biscuit base and pour this cream into it and level.
Now decorate top using mango pieces and the sugary cranberry.
Freeze for minimum 3 hours.Enjoy the delicious No bake mango cranberry cheese cake.
