Inaas/Fried layered sweetened fritters

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 cup+2tbsp
Ghee-1tbsp
Turmeric or food colour-a pinch
Sugar syrup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Water-1/3 cup
Pineapple essence or vanilla-1/2tsp
Method
Take one cup flour add ghee turmeric or food colour and mix well.Add required water and make a firm dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take the dough form a log like shape and divide to 7 parts and roll out each part to square shape.
Make a paste with 2 tbsp flour and required oil.Apply this paste on each rolled sheet and place one sheet over the other.After placing all the 7 sheets together with the flour paste in between together slightly roll them and form a log by rolling.
Cut and divide them to 10 or 12 pieces.Now prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water in low flame.Meanwhile heat oil in deep pan.
Flatten and roll each cut dough piece and drop them in hot oil and flip and cook till crispy.
Let the sugar syrup boil in low flame.Add 2tbsp water more once completely dissolved.
Take out the fried Inaas and drain on tissue.
Once you have fried all the flattened pieces switch off flame and pour sugar syrup on Inaas througout and let it cool.
Your delicious Inaas/Fried layered sweetened fritters are ready.
Store in airtight container.
