Oulose podi/Fried rice powder snack

Ingredients
Raw rice-1 cup soaked in water for 30 minutes
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Recipe
Drain the soaked rice and grind it to coarse powder.Transfer it to a bowl and add grated coconut and keep aside for ten minutes.
After ten minutes start roasting in low flame in a heavy bottomed pan.Keep stirring till it turns golden in colour.
Switch off flame and let it cool.Store in airtight container and use.
