Crispy Punjabi Samosa

Ingredients
Dough
All purpose flour-1cup
Ghee-1tsp
Ajwain seeds-1tsp
Salt and water as required
Filling
Potatoes boiled peeled and mashed-2
Ginger paste-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
Pepper-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Chat masala-1/3tsp
Cashews broken-1tbsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Green peas cooked-1/3cup(i didnt use)
Salt a pinch
Method
Dough
Add ghee ajwain and salt to flour and mix well.Add water to this little by liytle to form a firm dough.Keep covered for 30minutes.
Filling
Prepare filling by heating oil in pan add all ingredients under filling and mix and saute well..adjust salt switch off flame.
Assembling
Divide dough to 6 balls.
Flatten each ball to thick circle and cut into half.
Keep filling in each half and fold and pinch and stick sides in the shape of cone.
Heat oil in pan.
Start frying the cones flipping sides till golden brown.
Your crispy yum punjabi samosas are ready😋
