Plum Halwa
My Lil Honeybunch wanted Plums so I bought him a box.His loving Pappa did not see me buying them and bought one more box...😆Now its plums plums everywhere😁How can I keep still then😉So made these yummy tasty Plum Halwa😍This is the first time Im trying this..Its got the mouthwatering taste of the famous 'Imli' sweet but a little more sweeter than them😊??

Ingredients
Plums-8 deseeded and cut
Sugar-1 cup (adjust accordg to ur plums sweetness)
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
Ghee-3tbsp
Corn flour-1/4 cup
Water-1/4 cup
Cashews -10 crushed
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Method
Boil plums half cup sugar and cinnamon powder with little water till the plums are cooked.cool them grind them in blender.heat pan pour 1 tbsp ghee roast cashew and take our.pour the plums puree to it and add cornflour mixedin 1/4 cup water.keep stirring.when it starts thickening add cardamom powder and cashew add two tbsp ghee.keep stirring.once it starts leaving the sides stir for five more mins till it thickens well.transfer to greased vessel.keep aside for two hours for setting.It comes out non sticky.I was not patient took in an hour so was slightly sticky.Todays its set perfectly😊yummy plum halwa s ready..
