Chicken 65
Ingredients
Chicken-with bone or boneless small pieces-1 cup
Marination
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Kashmiri or normal chilli powder-1tsp Coriander powder-11/2tsp
Pepper powder-1tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Rice powder-1tsp
Corn flour-2tbsp
Ginger garlic crushed or paste-1tsp each Yoghurt-2tbsp
Lemon juice or vinegar-few drops
Salt as required
Masala
Ginger garlic crushed or paste-1tsp
Green chillies-2 slit
Curry leaves
Kashmiri chilli powder or normal-1/2tsp Garam masala-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Dry red chilli paste(soak 5 dry red chilli and grind)-1tsp
Water'-1/4cup
Salt as required
Method
Marination
Marinate chicken with the ingredients given under marination for minimum 30 minutes. After 30 minutes fry the pieces in oil flipping sides till golden brown.Drain to a bowl.Repeat for the rest of the pieces. Masala Heat oil in pan.add ginger garlic and saute.Add green chillies saute.Add curry leaves.add kashmiri chilli powder,garam masala,cumin powder and saute.Add dry red chilli paste and saute.Add water and required salt and mix till it thickens. Add the fried chicken pieces and mix for 3 minutes.Do all this on low flame. Switch off flame after 3 minutes and serve with coriander leaves(optional) garnished on top. Our delicious Restaurant style Chicken 65 is ready.
