Beef Cutlet

Ingredients
Beef cooked and minced-250gms
Onion-1 sliced
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Green chilly-2 chopped
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Pepper-1tsp
Cooked and mashed potato-1
Salt as needed
Curry leaves
Coating
Bread crumbs-1/4cup
1 egg beaten
Method
Heat oil in pan saute onion till transclucent.Add ginger garlic paste and green chilly and saute.To this add turmeric powder,chilly powder,pepper,garam masala,coriander powder and saute till raw smell goes.To this add curry leaves and minced beef and mix well.Cover and cook for 2 minutes.To this add mashed potato and adjust salt and mix well.Switch off flame.
Heat oil in pan.
Take out lemon sized ball of prepared mix and shape as you desire dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs uniformly and keep aside.Likewise do with the rest of mix.
Now fry each flipping sides till golden brown.
Drain on tissue.
Serve hot.
