Suji/Rava/Semolina Gulab jamun

Ingredients
Rava/suji/semolina-1/4cup
Milk-1cup
Ghee-1tbsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Sugar syrup
Sugar-3/4cup
Water-1cup
Cardamom pods-3
Saffron a pinch
Method
Take milk in a pan along with sugar and ghee and when it comes to boil add suji/rava/semolina and keep stirring till it thickens to a mass.
Switch off flame and let it cool.
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water till it boils.Add cardamom and saffron to it.Keep it warm.
Meanwhile heat oil in pan.Make small balls out of suji/rava/semolina dough and fry them in oil flipping sides.
Once done drop them into hot sugar syrup.
Enjoy the yummy suji/rava/semolina gulab jamuns.
