Energy Laddoo

Ingredients
Almonds-2tbsp
Pistachios-2tbsp
Cashew-2tbsp
Chopped dates-1/2cup
Sesame seeds-2tsp
Ghee-2tsp
Cardamom powder-a pinch
Method
Dry roast sesame seeds and keep aside.Dry roast almonds,pistachios and cashews.Grind them coarsely.
Heat pan add a drop of ghee and cook chopped dates.When it starts melting or becomes mushy add the powdered mixture and elaichi powder and mix well.Add rest of ghee and mix well.Cook for two minutes.
Switch off flame and roll them to laddoo when warm greasing your palm with little ghee.
Store them in airtight container.Yum😋
