Fish Fingers

Ingredients
Boneless fish cut in thin strips-12nos
Marination
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Pepper-1/4tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Fennel powder-a pinch
Lime juice or vinegar-a drop
Egg-half
All purpose flour-2tbsp
Coating
Bread crumbs
Method
Marinate the fish strips with the ingredients given under marination and keep for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan.Coat the marinated fish strips with bread crumbs.
Fry the strips flipping sides till golden brown.
Your yummy fish fingers are ready😍😋Serve with sauce of your choice.
