Spicy Paneer Roast

Ingredients
Marination
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Pepper powder-1/2tsp
Salt as needed

Roast
Paneer-1cup of cubes
Onion-1sliced
Green chilly-2 sliced
Ginger garlic crushed-1tsp
Tomato-1 sliced
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Fennel powder-a pinch
Salt as needed

Method
Marinate paneer with the ingredients given under marination for 2hours.
After 2 hours heat oil in pan and shallow fry the marinated paneer flipping sides.Keep it aside.To the  same oil add sliced onion and saute well.Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and saute.To this add turmeric powder,chilly,coriander powder,garam masala,fennel powder and saute well tilp its raw smell goes.Add chopped tomato to this and saute till oil seperates.Add fried paneer and curry leaves along with a drop of water and mix well.Adjust salt cook for 2 minutes and switch off flame.
Your delicious Spicy Paneer Roast is ready to be served with Roti or Rice..😍
