Aloo Cauliflower/Gobi butter masala

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets-1/2cup
Potato-2
Marination
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/4tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Yoghurt-1tbsp
Salt as needed
Gravy
Onion sliced-1
Tomato sliced-1
Ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
Cinnamon stick-1 inch
Cardamom pods-4nos
Cloves-4
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Sugar-a pinch
Butter-1tbsp
Heavy cream-2tbsp
Salt as needed
Method
Wash and clean cauliflower florets, peel and wash potato and cut into pieces.Now marinate these with the ingredients given under marination for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes heat oil in pan and flip sides and shallow fry the marinated cauliflower and potato and keep aside.
To this oil add 1 tbsp of butter and add cinnamon,cumin powder,cardamom,cloves and saute.Add onions and saute till transclucent.Now add tomato and ginger garlic paste and saute.Add chilly powder and  coriander powder and saute till oil seperates.Now take this mixture in mixie and grind to smooth paste.
Add a drop of oil in hot pan and add this ground paste and saute for 2 minutes.To this add fried cauliflower and potato and add required water and salt and a pinch of sugar and civer and cook till gravy thickens and cauliflower and potato is cooked.Add 1 tbsp of heavy cream and mix.
Now switch off flame and add rest of butter and drizzle the remaining heavy cream on top and serve.
