Pineapple bread pudding in microwave

Ingredients
Bread slices with edges cut-5nos
Pineapple pieces cut in cubes-1/2cup
Butter-1tbsp
Sugar-3tbsps
Pudding
Milk-1/2cup
Heavy cream-1/2cup
Sugar-1/4cup
All purpose flour-1tbsp
Cornflour-1tbsp
Pineapple essence-1/2tsp
Sugar syrup
Sugar-1/2cup
Water-1/2cup
Lemon juice-1/4tsp
Vanilla essence-a drop
Topping
Heavy cream-1/2cup
Sugar-4tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/4tsp
Glazed cherry-1tbsp
Bread cubes sauted in butter and browned
Roasted cashews-1tbsp
Method
Heat pan and add little butter and keep bread slices and toast flipping sides.Keep it aside.Now in the same pan add rest of butter pineapple cubes and sugar and saute well till cooked.Switch off flame and keep aside.
Pudding
Take milk,all purpose flour,cornflour and sugar in a a bowl and mix well.Keep on low flame and cook..keep stirring until it thickens.Add pineapple essence mix and switch off flame.
Sugar syrup
Boil water and sugar till it dissolves.Add lemon.juice and essence and switch off flame.
Assembling and cooking
Now take a microwave safe glass tray.Dip the toasted bread pieces in sugar syrup well ans place in tray as base layer.On top add half of the pudding layer and add some cooked pineapple pieces.Now dip rest of the bread slices in syrup and keep on top.Add rest of pudding layer and sprinkle some pineapple chunks and microwave on high for 5 minutes and then on medium for 2 minutes.Let it sit inside for another 20 minutes to set.
Meanwhile prepare topping by whipping heavy cream with sugar and essence till stiff peak forms.Once pudding is cooled spread cream on top and garnish with rest of pineapple chunks,roasted cashews and browned bread cubes.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Cut into pieces and serve the lip smacking Pineapple bread pudding😍😋
