Pulivaral/Malabar style Tamarind fritters

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2cup
Rice flour-1/4cup
Melted jaggery-2/3cup
Banana-3 nos medium sized mashed
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Baking powder-a pinch
Salt a pinch
Method
Mix mashed banana and rice flour with all purpose flour.Add salt,cardamom powder,baking powder and melted jaggery to this and mix well to form a thick batter like idly batter consistency.
Heat oil in kadai.Take some batter in your hand and drop in to get the shape of tamarind ie long drop.Flip sides and cook till golden brown.
Drain in tissue and enjoy your yum pulivaral😍😋
