Ingredients
Dry red chilly-10nos
Garlic pod-6nos
White vinegar-2tbsp
Water-1cup
Sugar-1cup
Corn flour-2 tbsp mixed with 2 tbsp water
Salt a pinch
Method
Take dry red chilly chop them and put it into mixie along with garlic pods vinegar water and salt and grind well.
Take this in a wide pan add sugar and mix and stir and let it come to boil.Then add the prepared cornflour slurry to this and keep stirring till it thickens.
Switch off flame and let it cool.
Store in airtight glass jar in refrigerator.Can be used upto 7 days.
