Kunafa Sweetcorn Cutlet
Recipe
Ingredients
Frozen sweet corn-1 cup
Aval/poha/beaten rice-1/2cup
Potato boiled and mashed-1
Chilly powder-2tsp
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Chat masala-1tsp
Cilantro chopped-2tsp
Salt as needed
Coating
Corn flour slurry(take 3 tbsps of corn flour add water to make a runny batter)
Shredded kunafa-1/4cup
Method
Powder aval/poha/beaten rice flakes in a mixer jar and take it in a bowl.Grind frozen sweet corn coarsely and add it along with powdered aval/ poha.Add mashed potato,chiloy powder,cumin powder,chat masala,chopped cilantro and required salt into it and mix well and make a dough. Now make a big lemon sized ball out of it and flatten it.Dip the same into the cirn flour slurry you have made and coat it with shredded kunafa. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan and fry the Kunafa sweet corn cutlet flipping sides till golden brown.Your delicious Kunafa Sweetcorn cutlet is ready😋
Note:You can substitute kunafa with vermicelli too.
