Meringue Cookies

 Ingredients
Egg whites-2
Powdered sugar-1/2cup
 Lemon juice- a drop
Vanilla essence-a drop
 Method
Preheat oven to 120c.Line a tray. Beat the egg whites till glossy and fluffy.Add sugar little by little and keep beating.Add lemon juice and vanilla.Keep beating till you get stiff peaks. Now transfer the meeingue to a piping bag with a tip of your choice. Pipe in designs of your choice into the tray. Bake for 45 minutes (gas oven)..other oven between 35 to 40. Once done open the oven door a little and let the meringue cookies remain in oven for an hour. Once cooled store in airtight container. You can use it up as you wish😋
