Variety Onion Chutney

Ingredients
Onion-1 chopped
Dry red chilli-10nos
Fenugreek-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Lemon sized tamarind soaked in half cup warm water
Seasoning
Mustard,urad dal,garlic chopped-1tsp
Curry leaves
Method
Heat oil in pan saute dry red chillies,fenugreek and coriander.Take it in a mixer jar and grind with little water.Keep aside.In the same pan saute onion in little oil.Once transclucent add tamarind water and let it thicken.Add the ground chilli paste and let it cook.
Now take this mixture in a jar and grind to paste.
Take the paste in a pan and cook for 2 minutes and switch off.
Now season the chutney by spluttering mustard and urad dal along with chopped garlic and curry leaves.Your yummiest variety onion chutney is ready.
