Almond choco biscuits

Ingredients
All purpose flour-3/4cup
Almond flour-1/4cup
Butter at room temp-1/2cup
Powdered sugar-1/2cup
Baking powder-a pinch
Vanilla essence-a drop
Salt a pinch

Filling
Chocochips

Method
Preheat oven to 180c and line a tray.

Combine butter and sugar well.Add vanilla essence and mix.Add all purpose flour and almond flour  along with baking powder and salt and mix with spatula.Then knead to form a firm dough.
Make lemon sized balls out of it.Make a hole and fill chocochips and seal and shape.Place on tray.

Bake for 15 minutes.Our yummy almond chocochip biscuits are ready.Cool on rack and store.
