Baked Donut without Donut pan

Donuts are one of the snack I often make as we four love them a lot...I used to fry and make them as I did not have a Donut pan...😊Recently just gave a try on baking them without a Donut pan...😄Wow....it came out so good.......😆sharing my yum happiness😍
Recipe
Ingredients
Apf-1 cup
Warm milk-1/2 cup
Yeast-3/4tsp
Sugar-1tsp
salt a pinch
Butter-1tbsp
For the glaze
Any chocolate-50gms
Full fat milk-3tbsp
Method
Mix yeast and sugar in warm milk and keep for proofing.Once done to the flour mix salt and yeast proofed milk little by little and knead well and add butter and make a not sticky but soft dough.cover it with a wet towel and keep in warm place for raising for two hours.
After two hours punch out air from the raised dough and knead well for ten mins.Form donut shapes with cutter (i didnt have cutter so used a big round lid for big round and small lid for small hole).and keep for proofing in a warm place for an hour.after an hour in a preheated oven of 180 c baje them for just 8mins.Only then you get the softest donuts..stick to 8mins..meanwhile melt chocolate in milk.
Once baked donuts and chocolate glaze are cooled...dip donuts in them and decorate as u like and yum....😍
