Jam rolls

Ingredients
Apf-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Eggs-3
Baking powder-1tsp
Lemon zest-1/2tsp
Mixed fruit jam-2tbsp
Powdered sugar-2tbsp
Method
Beat yolks with half of sugar and add lemon zest...then beat egg whites still stiff peak forms..add remaing  sugar and beat..fold in egg whites to yolk..add seived flour with baking powder  to the mixture and fold well..pour the batter to greased small tray..in preheated oven bake at 180c for 20mins...
Once you take out the ready sponge cake out roll it with the lining parchment paper and keep it rolled for ten mins..then open and spread jam and roll again and refrigerate..while serving roll on powdered sugar and serve..yummy jam roll ready😊
