Mango Rolls

Ingredients
Apf-1/4 cup
Sugar-1/4
Eggs-2
Baking powder-1/2sp
Mango pulp-2tbsp
Veg oil-1tbsp
Milk-2tbsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Filling
Mango pulp-1/4cup
Sugar-1tbsp or adjust according to sweetness of mango
Method
Preheat oven to 160c.mix flour and baking powder.
Beat yolks with half of sugar and vanilla essence and add milk mixed with mango pulp and stir well..add flour and mix....then beat egg whites still stiff peak forms..add remaing sugar and beat..fold in egg whites to yolk..and flour mixture.pour the batter to greased small tray..in preheated oven bake at 160c for 20mins...
Once you take out the ready mango sponge cake out roll it with the lining parchment paper and keep it rolled for ten mins..then open and spread mango pulp cooked with sugar (1tbsp)and roll again and refrigerate..while serving roll on powdered sugar and serve..yummy mango n mango roll ready😊
