Mambazha Pulishery/Mango yoghurt curry

Ingredients
Medium ripe mango-1 big Cut into cubes
Yoghurt/curd-1 cup
Sugar-5tbsp or adjust as per the sweetness of mango
Turmeric-a pinch
salt to taste
seasoning
Mustard-1tsp
shallots-1tbsp sliced
dry red chilly-4
Curry leaves-1tbsp
Method
In little water boil and cook sliced mango cubes with turmeric sugar and salt.Once cooked switch off flame and let it cool.Once cooled add beaten yoghurt and mix slowly.
Heat oil splutter mustard seeds saute shallots sliced dry chillies and curry leaves and season the curry.
