Garlic Pickle

Ingredients
Garlic pods(peeled)-150gms(if big pods slice them)
Mustard-a pinch
Ginger garlic paste-1/4tsp
Green chilly-1
Chilly powder-2tsp
Fenugreek powder-1/2tsp
Hing-a pinch
Vinegar-1/4cup
Gingely oil

Method

Heat 1 tbsp of gingely oil in pan saute garlic pods for five minutes and take out and keep aside.
In the same oil splutter mustard seeds saute ginger garlic paste and green chilly add chilly powder fenugreek powder hing and saute till raw smell goes away.Add vinegar and cook till gravy thickens.
Switch off flame adding required salt.
Once the gravy cools add the sauted garlic and mix well.
Store in airtight container.
Best after 5 days.
