Broccoli stir fry/thoran/poriyal

Ingredients
Broccoli florets washed and drained-1 cup
Mustard-1/2tsp
Urad dal-1/2tsp
Chana dal-1/2tsp
Onion chopped-2tbsp
Garlic chopped-1/4tsp
Dry red chilly-3
Cumin powder-1/2tsp
Grated coconut-2tbsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Oil&salt as needed
Method
Shred the broccoli florets.
Heat oil in pan.Splutter mustard seeds,add urad dal,chana dal and saute ..Add onion and garlic and saute till cooked.Add turmeric,cumin powder,grated coconut,curry leaves and dry red chilly and saute till raw smell goes away.
Add shredded broccoli and required salt and mix well.Cover and cook in low flame for 7minutes.
Now open the lid and stir well and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Switch off flame.Your delicious Broccoli stir fry/thoran/poriyal is ready to be served with rice.
