Pumpkin Chocochip Bread

Ingredients
All purpose flour-2 1/2cups
Warm milk-1 cup+1/3cup water
Yeast-1 1/2tsp
Sugar-1/4cup
Pumpkin puree-1/4cup
Whole spices powder-cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,nutmeg-a pinch each
Milk powder-11/2tbsp
Oil-4tbsp
Salt a pinch
Chocochip-2tbsp
Method
Proof yeast by adding it to warm milk and water mixture.Keep aside for 10minutes till it becomes frothy.
Take flour,salt,milk powder and whole spice powders in a bowl.To this add pumpkin puree and sugar mix well.
Add the frothy yeast mixture to this and start kneading.When it starts to bind add oil and knead till its soft and supple.
Grease the dough with little oil and keep in warm place for 11/2hours covered with cling wrap to raise.
After 11/2hour take the doubled up dough.punchout air from it and knead for two minutes and flatten it.Sprinkle chocochips throughout and roll like a log and tuck in and seal sides and shape like a loaf.
Keep this in a greased loaf pan and do egg or milkwash on top and keep again for 35 minutes to proof.
After 35 minutes preheat oven to 180c and bake the proofed dough for 40 minutes or as per your oven heat.
Brush butter on top.
Cool on rack completely and cut.Store in zipper lock bags.
