Chena/Yam chilly fry

Ingredients
Chena/yam-cut into long logs 1 cup
Green chillies-4(slit)
Curry leaves
Salt as needed
Marination
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Corn flour-1tbsp
Method
Marination
Pat dry the cut log shaped chena/yam with tissue.To this add turmeric,chilly powder,garam masala,corn flour and required salt and mix well.Keep aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take coconut oil preferably in a deep pan and start deep frying the marinated chena/yam logs till golden brown and crispy.Drain on tissue.Along with the last batch you fry add green chillies and curry leaves and fry them.
Mix it.Serve the delicious chena/yum chilly fry😋
